Carlos Tyrese Bastiyao

I am a recent BSc Applied Mathematics with Economics (2.1) graduate from the University of Zimbabwe with hands-on experience in operational delivery coordination and internal audit tasks. I combine analytical training with practical work managing delivery operations and performing audit reconciliations.

In my most recent role as a Delivery Dispatch Agent I tracked and optimized rider performance, monitored software efficiency, compiled statistical reports on delivery times, and adjusted technical parameters to maintain service standards. I also completed an Internal Auditor internship where I consolidated petty cash records, calculated annual asset depreciation, and produced monthly audit and salary-audit reports.

I am driven to learn, solve problems, and improve processes through data-driven decision making, effective communication, and teamwork. I seek opportunities where I can apply my statistical and technical skills to improve operational efficiency and support organizational growth.
