I also manage the commercial lifecycle at Viral-IA, from discovery calls and scoping to proposals, objection handling, and executive contract sign-off. I coordinate production schedules, external collaborators, and budgets across client accounts.
At Red TV Films, I produced and directed more than 200 commercials, corporate films, documentaries, and institutional projects across Latin America. I directed and mentored creative crews and helped turn one-off productions into recurring client accounts.
Earlier, as Country Manager at WAU Nicaragua, I directed national business operations and negotiated B2B partnerships with Claro, Movistar, and regional media companies. I also worked as a licensed insurance agent, advising individual and corporate clients on life, health, and investment-linked policies.
