Directed successful deployment of the Steering System Assembly Line for Tesla and founded a Continuous Improvement function to support data quality validation.

Spearheaded startup of the software department for the China branch by building test stations and training local engineering teams. Developed LabVIEW source code for automotive testing stations, integrating vision systems, motion control, and communication protocols while managing customer validation with statistical tools.

Developed automation solutions and source code for oil & gas and medical-sector projects, delivering test-ready workflows. Designed and built automotive component test stations using LabVIEW and SOLIDWORKS.
