At FORVIA Thailand, I built the country Talent Acquisition function from the ground up, defining recruitment governance, end-to-end processes, sourcing models, and employer-branding strategy across multiple business groups.

I now lead country talent strategy across recruitment, talent development, and communications, partnering with Regional and Group HR to localize global programs. I design career pathing, talent reviews, potential mapping, individual development plans, and early-careers initiatives that strengthen growth, retention, and future talent pipelines.

I build practical HR technology using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, SharePoint, and Teams, automating recruitment, onboarding, recognition, and talent reporting. My peer-recognition platform embedded company values across office and factory-floor populations, while HR digitalization reduced manual work and improved reporting speed.

My earlier APAC and global controlling roles gave me a strong foundation in forecasting, P&L analysis, operating cash flow, and transformation delivery. I also led the worldwide rollout of Oracle PBCS and trained users across China, Brazil, the USA, and Germany, bringing data-led commercial credibility to talent strategy.
