At NETDATA INNOVATION CENTER, I deliver Palo Alto Networks NGFW implementations for clients worldwide, partnering directly with the vendor to support deployments and customer outcomes.
I've executed Greenfield and Brownfield migrations from legacy vendors to NGFW, hardware and software refreshes, and port-based to application-based rule migrations following Palo Alto Networks best practices. I also supported Avianca's Prisma Access Secure Service Edge and NGFW environment, handling incidents, service requests, and ongoing operations.
My work spans Prisma Access for Mobile Users and Remote Networks, Panorama-managed NGFW infrastructure, technical incident support, ITSM change documentation, and reporting.
