What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a generalist role at Mercor where I can support multiple annotation and analytics tasks remotely, follow complex guidelines precisely, and apply strong QA and data confidentiality practices while staying flexible across project needs.

I’m a results-driven AI Data Analyst with experience in search evaluation, AI training, data annotation, quality assurance, and analytics. I combine expertise in AI-RLHF, guideline adherence, and inter-annotator agreement to keep data accurate and confidential, even in remote international environments. I’m multilingual (Portuguese, English, Spanish) and consistently focused on attention to detail and clear communication.
