What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a customer-focused technical support role where I can troubleshoot devices, educate users, and use performance metrics to improve service quality.

I’m a Technical Support Advisor with a proven track record of troubleshooting problem-prone scenarios and resolving issues promptly. I bring professionalism, calm communication, and a welcoming approach that helps clients feel supported from the first contact.

In my current role at Concentrix CVG, I resolve client technical issues quickly, supporting devices such as cellphones, tablets, smartwatches, and computers. I also educate clients on new product capabilities and handle an average of 20 calls per day while escalating or addressing advanced troubleshooting needs.

Previously, at Alorica (REMOTE), I strengthened my customer service foundation by handling inquiries, answering questions, and resolving problems in a timely manner. I created and maintained a customer database by entering customer information and kept accurate records of all interactions to support smooth operations, backed by a B.S. in Statistics.
