What I'm looking for
I’m an independent artist and a provider-relations analyst who combines clear communication with careful follow-through. I’m known for managing multiple priorities while staying professional, calm, and client-focused.
In provider relations at Evernorth Behavioral Health, I handled incoming calls and delivered detail-oriented service to behavioral health providers. I communicated member benefits and eligibility, explained EAP program benefits, and supported claims submission by conveying required items, checking claims status, and driving reprocessing requests when needed.
My experience also includes hands-on human services and leadership. As a Direct Support Professional, I supervised individuals in group homes and in the community, supported personal care, taught social and life skills, encouraged independence, and oversaw medication administration; later, as a Site Supervisor, I coached teams and led site management.
Alongside my professional work, I’m currently an independent artist creating and selling original acrylic and watercolor paintings while managing the full small-business process—concepting, producing, marketing, and customer outreach.
