I run Findos LLC in Tampa, leading EV product distribution, e-commerce, and international trade consulting for companies entering the U.S. market. I manage supplier, client, and partner relationships across Turkey, the EU, and the U.S.
Previously, I spent more than seven years at Omsan Lojistik planning European road freight, managing import operations, preparing tenders, and improving route efficiency and cost control. I coordinated multi-country transportation operations, customs documentation, reporting, and subcontractor relationships.
I also founded and grew Leo Alaçatı Boutique Hotels from one four-room property to three properties with 30 rooms. I bring hands-on experience in operations, go-to-market strategy, digital marketing, and cross-border business development in Turkish, English, and French.
