At Leymon Research LLC, I’m mapping a multi-form REDCap database into a vendor case-management platform, applying its classification rules and documenting each decision for the client and vendor.
I built a structured inventory of systems, data elements, workflows, and data-quality problems across 12 partner organizations. I also produce a recurring reporting series, reconciling figures with prior periods and resolving discrepancies before release.
At Kaiser Permanente, I coded clinical records across seven studies and built and validated an ICD-code profile to flag adverse events. I also reviewed 1,000+ cases against source records and resolved data queries to audit-ready standards.
