Cameron Thompson

I’m an Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) trainee building strong clinical fundamentals through prehospital training focused on patient assessment, emergency response procedures, vital sign monitoring, and basic life support. I also support Berwyn Heights Volunteer Fire Department operations by assisting with equipment organization, training exercises, and community public safety activities.

Alongside EMT training, I bring a people-first, mission-driven approach from my service as a Donations Coordinator at Sleep in Heavenly Peace. I coordinate and track monetary donations through donor communication and accurate contribution records, and I help with fundraising and outreach by engaging community members and supporting donation campaign efforts.

I’m also strengthening my healthcare pathway through academic and leadership roles, including work as a Microbiology Teaching Assistant and Research Assistant, plus mentoring and ambassador experiences. Certifications like Adult and Pediatric CPR/AED and CITI Good Clinical Practice reflect how seriously I take patient safety, professionalism, and evidence-based practice.
