I've supported health data quality and reporting at CIHEB, FACES, PATH, and healthcare facilities across Kisumu County. I manage HIV data collection, data verification, Ministry of Health and donor reporting, and routine data quality assessments.
In my current work with CIHEB, I mentor facility teams on KenyaEMR, coordinate continuous quality improvement activities, maintain EMR backups, and lead data reviews that strengthen decision-making. I also validate concordance between source tools, CRIMs, and KHIS reporting platforms.
Across eight years in health records and information management, I've led medical records departments, prepared facility reports, supported electronic medical records, coded and indexed diseases, and trained staff on accurate documentation and reporting tools.
