I am a dedicated English teacher with training in Linguistics, Literature in English, and Library & Information Science from Kenyatta University, complemented by a Certificate in Leadership. I have hands-on classroom experience across primary and secondary levels, with responsibilities including lesson planning, curriculum delivery, performance evaluation, and classroom management.
My practical experience includes serving as a helping teacher and teacher trainee in multiple schools where I taught English, literature, mathematics and CRE, prepared lesson plans and teaching schedules, and supported extracurriculars such as coaching soccer to regional level. I also worked as a voter registration clerk with the Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission, demonstrating attention to process and community engagement.
I bring strong communication, interpersonal, leadership and organizational skills, plus library management knowledge and marketing/selling abilities.
