What I'm looking for

I'm looking to build reliable React, C#/.NET, Azure, and SQL systems, especially for document- and workflow-heavy operations, while owning end-to-end delivery and helping teams improve through mentoring, code reviews, and CI/CD.

At ePayPolicy, I build and support React front ends and C#/.NET APIs on Azure for a network of 10,000+ insurance organizations.

I delivered an end-to-end AI autofill service that connects OCR-based document extraction with usage-based billing, metering, and invoicing. I also build event-driven pipelines with Azure Service Bus and Azure Functions triggered by queues, timers, and webhooks.

I improve reliability across production systems by investigating incidents, tuning SQL Server, refactoring stored procedures, and delivering zero-downtime Entity Framework migrations. My root-cause analysis of LINQ inefficiencies addressed out-of-memory exceptions and timeouts.

Earlier at ePayPolicy, I built an Azure Form Recognizer document extraction service with 95%+ data accuracy and an internal QA tool that reduced Azure Function testing time by roughly 70%. I’ve also led four developers through mentoring, code reviews, CI/CD ownership, and Agile delivery.
