I’m an AI-native full-stack software engineer with 14 years of production experience building and modernizing .NET/SQL business platforms. I focus on legacy modernization, CI/CD, production debugging, code review, background processing, and AWS/IIS operations—so features land safely and stay reliable.

In recent work, I built and published a live CRE document-intelligence product for Offering Memorandum PDFs (2026), owning specs, architecture, validation, deployment readiness, and product behavior. I implemented Claude-powered multi-pass extraction into PostgreSQL deal records, delivered RAG/semantic search with pgvector HNSW, and shipped secure authenticated workflows with org-scoped access controls—using AI-native, spec-driven agent-assisted workflows while retaining engineering ownership.
