At Flipper's Gymnastics, I managed daily office operations, including enrollment, scheduling, account updates, and customer communication. I processed tuition and merchandise payments through Jackrabbit and maintained customer accounts.

I created Excel spreadsheets to track enrollments and kept schedules, attendance records, and reports up to date. I also coordinated employee schedules and worked with vendors to transfer services to the facility's new location.

At lululemon, I received shipments, organized merchandise, and completed inventory counts. I fulfilled online and ship-from-store orders, processed pickups and returns, and trained new employees in back-of-house operations and sales-floor procedures.

At PacSun, I organized incoming merchandise and fulfilled online orders, customer pickups, purchases, returns, and refunds. I'm seeking an administrative, operations, or e-commerce support role.
