At Polaris Bank, I lead the review, drafting, and negotiation of financial and commercial agreements while advising business units on consumer protection, governance, compliance, and risk exposure.
Previously at PetroApp Nigeria, I supported management on Nigerian and international regulatory requirements, strengthened governance through board support and statutory registers, and coordinated compliance with legal teams in Saudi Arabia, Thailand, and Egypt. I have also managed licensing, regulatory filings, data protection requirements, litigation coordination, and commercial risk across multi-jurisdictional operations.
My earlier work at Black Pelican Limited and PrimeLaw Partnership included contract drafting, corporate advisory, litigation, company secretarial work, employment-law support, legal research, and pro bono legal services for vulnerable and pre-trial detainees.
