At Dentakay Dental Clinic, I supported CloudOffix and MedicaSimple module go-lives and testing, tracking user requests and issues in JIRA. I also managed the go-live of a QR-code ordering application.
For Dentakay Dental Clinic’s TURQUALITY project, I prepared department-level analyses and dashboards with Power BI and Excel for senior management presentations. I also created a centralized, up-to-date IT inventory by remotely documenting hardware and software across company computers.
At Model Bilgi İşlem, I provided on-site and remote support for Model Enterprise ERP at customer companies, resolving user requests and troubleshooting errors and configuration issues. I also handled new customer ERP installations and module configuration, and prepared visual guides to support user adoption.
As a Business Analyst Intern at WOC Yazılım, I supported data analysis and management reporting with SQL queries, Excel, and visual reports. My project work has also included UAT and go-live support, technical documentation, and M-Files account setup and permissions.
