As a passionate computer programmer with four years of experience, I have developed a strong foundation in technical support and software education. My journey began at Beykent University, where I earned an associate degree in Computer Technology and Programming, followed by a bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Anadolu University. My educational background has equipped me with the necessary skills to excel in the tech industry.

In my previous roles, I have worked as a Technical Support Specialist at Teleperformance Turkey, where I managed warranty processes for Lenovo devices and escalated issues to international teams. Additionally, I served as a Training Support Staff at Panates Bilişim ve Teknoloji, providing software training and support to clients. My proficiency in C#, SQL, and various Adobe programs, combined with my strong communication skills, allows me to effectively collaborate with teams and deliver exceptional customer service.
