At P99SOFT supporting Electronic Arts, I lead AI-driven Fan Growth and Community Safety initiatives, including profanity scanning, player nudges, and automated appeals. I manage bi-weekly releases, delivery governance, vendor teams, and 99.5% uptime SLAs for core microservices.

Previously at Carrier Technologies, I led Agile transformation across more than three cross-functional teams, improving sprint velocity by approximately 20% and achieving approximately 95% on-time delivery predictability.
