What I'm looking for

I am seeking hands-on research or conservation roles where I can apply animal care, fieldwork, and lab skills, grow in wildlife research, and contribute to outreach and program organization.

I am a wildlife and interpretive biology graduate with hands-on experience in animal research, husbandry, and field projects. I have worked as an Animal Research Technician and in multiple caretaking roles, performing procedures such as bleeding, boosting, and husbandry for rabbits and reptiles.

I bring technical skills in Microsoft Word and Excel, familiarity with Program R and MARK, laboratory equipment use, and experience producing procedure reports, instruction manuals, and scientific writing. I have also led and organized student society activities, outreach events, and field projects including owl banding and tree plantings.

I am organized, safety-minded, and experienced in trapping and handling animals, with additional strengths in tutoring and teaching assistance in algebra, biology, and statistics. I seek opportunities where my field and laboratory skills, leadership, and conservation interests can support research, animal care, or environmental programs.
