Brian Jade Brier

I’m a Civil Engineering graduate with hands-on experience in project documentation, site coordination, and construction operations within an industrial environment. I manage project records, review engineering plans, and ensure alignment between design, documentation, and on-site execution.

In my current role as Project Engineer & Safety Officer, I supervise daily operations across 7 industrial projects and manage crews of up to 54 workers for crane and shipyard renovations. I also handle progress-billing through a ₱9M project, translate BOM/BOQ estimates into executable site plans, and act as the primary technical decision-maker on-site to prevent delays.

I bring strong document control and safety discipline through toolbox meetings, safety audits, and COSH-certified site compliance. I’ve supported government projects through as-built inspections, permit processing, code compliance, and BOM/BOQ preparation, and I’m now seeking an Office Engineer role to strengthen document control, coordination, and project support while moving toward licensure.
