What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a role where I can investigate complex customer risk, improve due-diligence processes and documentation, and contribute to compliance tooling and risk operations in a global fintech or payments environment.

At Wise, I conduct end-to-end KYC and Enhanced Due Diligence reviews for complex, higher-risk customer profiles. I assess documentation, adverse media, transaction and behavioral patterns, ownership structures, and supporting evidence to produce clear escalation and disposition recommendations.

My work spans global fintech and payments environments, including customer-risk and payment-flow experience at Revolut and merchant KYB during onboarding at Fiserv. I've developed practical knowledge of fraud indicators, operational controls, digital banking, payment gateways, and financial-crime risk.

I use SQL, Python, Power BI, and AI-assisted tools to organize evidence, recognize patterns, and strengthen investigation narratives. I'm particularly interested in improving due-diligence processes, documentation, tooling, and risk operations.

I also bring experience managing high-volume, accuracy-focused customer cases from supporting Disney+ and Star+ customers at Atento Brasil.
