I’m a program and delivery leader with sixteen years of engineering experience, focused on turning complex, cross-team work into reliable outcomes. I run delivery for a distributed, 18-person, five-discipline team (iOS, Android, Web, Design, QA), and I own the release cadence, dependencies, risk, and operator-facing delivery on the OddsMatrix platform.

As Director of Development at Goma (an independent unit inside EveryMatrix), I lead product and delivery for the customer-facing sportsbook and casino. I scaled the team from 9 to 18 through acquisition integration, standardized C-level structure across business units, and kept delivery predictable while aligning engineering capacity to operator demand.

My technical depth lets me manage cross-team dependencies with confidence and question estimates when they don’t add up. I led the team’s move to an AI-first way of working, running delivery reporting, timelines, and resource planning through Claude Code, where I’m a hands-on user for day-to-day delivery execution.

I also bring a strong operational mindset: I’m the senior owner for incident response and platform stability, and my focus is on keeping milestones on track and stakeholders informed. I’ve driven measurable commercial impact with tier-1 operators—doubling average bet size, increasing GGR margin by 30%, and growing monthly unique players by 25%—by translating commercial asks into sequenced, deliverable work.
