At BNP Paribas Cardif, I supported the Agile transformation of three multidisciplinary teams. I coached Product Owners on product vision and prioritisation, and helped the teams halve delivery lead times from two weeks to one.
Earlier, at AXA, I worked across product ownership and Scrum Master responsibilities for multichannel marketing campaigns. I helped redesign the design system and introduced iterative work and feedback loops through JIRA and Confluence.
