J’accompagne Airbus sur Skywise, la plateforme data stratégique du groupe, en facilitant les cérémonies Scrum, le delivery et les indicateurs via Jira. J’ai également animé une System Team chez EDF dans un environnement Scrum et SAFe, en suivant le flow, les dépendances et les solutions WebMethods avec les acteurs du delivery.
Chez Enedis, j’ai reconstruit le cadre Agile d’une équipe franco-espagnole distribuée, remis le delivery sous contrôle et préparé sa transition vers SAFe. Mon parcours de chef d’entreprise dans l’industrie de la chaussure et de Staffing Manager me permet de m’adapter rapidement à des contextes multisites, internationaux et en transformation.
