At Thomson Reuters, I started in data collection and processing for the Litigation product, focusing on data quality, organization, and compliance. I began programming in Python after taking internal generative AI courses and built automations to reduce manual work.
I also created self-updating reports to monitor delivery health and anticipate operational issues, using Python, VS Code, and Claude Code. In a governance role, I manage provider and vendor relationships, track delivery quality, and help negotiate better terms.
On my own initiative, I created and launched the Speak Up Project, a free English class initiative for employees. I also produce UGC product videos from scripting through filming and editing, and teach English at Aliança Idiomas.
