Coordinated with Civil Society Organizations and ministries and used AI tools to draft and review project materials while managing demand and task workflows.

Supported documentation organization, schedule management, and research and report writing for public projects. Contributed to drafting, review, monitoring, and reporting, and identified administrative and operational improvements using AI and Python while managing activities on the SEI system.

Provided simultaneous English interpretation for diplomatic clients and supported updates in CRM, Varejo, and Reseller systems. Managed client communication by phone and email while using advanced Excel and Google Workspace tools to maintain accurate records.

Performed document digitization and electronic document management (EDM) tasks within the Treasury department. Supported administrative activities including supply requests and document translation.

Activities and societies: Policy analysis and evaluation, public budgeting, administrative law, institutional theory, social policy, and State-society relations. I have also engaged with research methods, project design for the public sector, and governance frameworks. Additionally, I was an active member of the student association of my department for two years.
