I’m a Brazil-trained legal professional focused on contract drafting, review, and management, helping businesses reduce risk while staying practical and deal-feasible. In my Paralegal role, I draft and improve contract clauses, conduct legal risk analysis of third-party contracts, and support real estate due diligence with protective clauses.

I also build stronger workflows—creating structured intake forms (Google Forms) and enabling automated response tracking through integrated spreadsheets to improve transparency and reduce errors.
