I've led real estate expansion for 24 Hour Fitness as it grew from approximately 60 to more than 400 locations across North America, Europe, and Asia. I drove market planning, site selection, acquisitions, leasing, and development for more than 320 new facilities.
As Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Zone Athletic Clubs, I built and scaled ten locations to over $20 million in annual revenue. I personally led market evaluation, trade-area analysis, lease negotiations, design, construction, and opening.
At Black Ridge Investments and Westcor Partners, I've executed commercial real estate acquisitions, redevelopment, leasing, underwriting, entitlements, and asset management. My work includes redevelopment exceeding 700,000 square feet and helping secure $30–50 million in public financing.
