What I'm looking for

I seek a collaborative, product-driven engineering role where I can build scalable backend and full-stack systems, mentor teammates, and apply ML or game-development skills.

I am a Computer Science B.S. candidate at the University of California, Santa Cruz, with hands-on experience building full-stack web applications and backend systems. I maintain a 3.8 GPA and have completed coursework in Data Structures, Full Stack Web Development, Databases, Computer Systems, Networks, Machine Learning, and AI.

As a Software Engineering Intern at Second Dinner, I contributed to backend development for Marvel SNAP, optimized in-game systems in C# and Unity, improved analytics, and reduced crash rates by 25% through memory profiling. I also collaborated on a new game-mode infrastructure projected to raise retention by about 7% and created automation pipelines with GitHub Actions to improve CI/CD and hotfix workflows.

In my role as Lead Full Stack Developer at Tech4Good Lab, I develop and maintain Angular/Firebase applications for AI-driven social impact and education research, and I serve as a core developer on Causeway, a platform with 200+ users. I lead and mentor roughly 15 developers per quarter, drive code reviews, and help shape sustainable development practices.

I build projects that emphasize performance and user experience, including a React/Firebase guitar-learning app, a multi-threaded HTTP server in C for high concurrency, and an OpenCV/TensorFlow Sudoku solver. I seek roles where I can apply full-stack and backend skills, contribute to cross-functional teams, and continue learning in production environments.
