What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a patient-centered team where I can lead clinically, deepen my psychiatric mental health expertise as a PMHNP student, and deliver addiction-focused MAT and mental-health care with strong support and ongoing learning.

I’m an experienced Registered Nurse with a strong background in addiction medicine, mental health, urgent care, and maternal/newborn nursing. As a Lead Registered Nurse, I coordinate clinic workflow, support nursing staff, and help with daily operations while maintaining a focus on patient-centered care.

I administer medications as prescribed, provide patient education on medications and recovery support services, and monitor behavioral, medical, and physical symptoms related to MAT dosing and mental health conditions. I also maintain medication records and complete biannual compliance audits, including support for onboarding and training new nursing staff.

Previously, I worked as a Registered Nurse at MedExpress Urgent Care, where I assessed, screened, and triaged patients and delivered provider-ordered clinical care. Earlier roles included NICU and postpartum care at Marion General Hospital, plus experience as an EKG Technician and Patient Access Representative—building a strong foundation in clinical support, documentation, and patient flow.
