Oversaw the Modio provider system, ensuring all providers maintained current credentials and licenses while adhering to OIG compliance. Managed claims in Waystar denial management, identified denial trends, and corrected/rebilled claims to ensure accurate payments.

Completed initial payor and provider enrollment and re-credentialing tasks for assigned clients, ensuring all information was maintained and deadlines were met. Managed EDI, ERA, and EFT enrollments, and handled changes of information for clients as needed.

Assisted in provider contracts, including offer letters and Medicare rate calculations, and supported the VP of Payer Relations in developing DRG implementation processes. Responsible for accurate contract loading, submissions, and network maintenance, while also invoicing payments for providers.

Processed insurance denials through phone disputes, written appeals, and corrected claims, rebilling accounts as necessary. Interpreted medical reports to determine services provided and properly documented accounts, while also composing correspondence for payment disputes.
