At W.R. Berkley Technology Services, I develop Power BI dashboards that visualize internal and external vulnerability exposure across enterprise assets. I also manage the lifecycle of 1,000+ vulnerability tickets, validating remediation, tracking exceptions, and supporting high-priority security assessments.
For the Governance IT Compliance Dashboard, I gathered requirements from the Director of IT Compliance and coordinated access to cloud and on-premises data sources. I designed and delivered multi-page Power BI reports that improved efficiency and transparency in compliance reporting.
My earlier experience at PECO and Aramark strengthened my ability to streamline processes, maintain accurate reporting, coordinate cross-functional teams, and resolve operational issues.
