I seek a role managing donor-funded finances with strong compliance, internal controls, audit support, and opportunities to grow toward CPA and advanced financial management responsibilities.

I am a detail-oriented accounting and finance professional with over three years of progressive experience managing donor-funded projects, grant accounting, and compliance reporting. I currently serve as an Accounts Assistant at a national foundation, overseeing multi-donor budgets and ensuring accurate financial management.

I have a proven record of maintaining 100% donor compliance across major EU, DFID, and World Bank-funded projects, streamlining reconciliation processes, and supporting audits with zero material findings. I am proficient with ERP systems including SAP Business One, SUN, QuickBooks, and Tally, and I leverage advanced Excel skills for budgeting, variance analysis, and management reporting.

I am pursuing CPA certification (Level 2) and focus on financial integrity, internal control implementation, and cost management to deliver timely, transparent financial reporting and to support effective decision-making for donor-funded initiatives.
