I've spent 14+ years building, shipping, and measuring production systems, full-stack applications, and cloud-native platforms. At NTT DATA Business Solutions, I turn ambiguous operational problems into metrics, dashboards, review workflows, and regression checks.

In my current Solution Architect role, I own production improvements for enterprise and agentic workflow platforms from investigation through rollout and impact measurement. I've built evaluation frameworks that analyze task success, transfer patterns, containment rates, and failure points across production traffic.

I design React, Node.js, and REST API tooling that connects prompts, configurations, workflows, and outcomes for Product and Operations teams. I also instrument services with structured logs, metrics, and tracing across Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud environments.

Earlier, I built full-stack applications and SAP integrations, automated EDI/IDoc workflows, and improved reliability through Python, Bash, SQL, CI/CD, and observability. I mentor engineering teams on cloud-native architecture, SRE practices, and evaluation-first system changes.
