I seek a role that allows me to utilize my skills in management and contribute to innovative projects while fostering a collaborative work environment.

I’m a trained engineer and spent over a decade working in the manufacturing industry before shifting into the online communication space. For the past two years, I’ve worked as a text chat moderator at Cloudworkers.

My role involves chatting with a wide range of clients in positive, light-hearted conversations based on their interests. I also keep track of key client details so conversations remain smooth even if another team member takes over.
