Started as an IT generalist decades ago and worked in various corporate environments doing troubleshooting, QA, and support for both internal and external customer. Worked for myself over ten years doing web master work & hosting, also contract work with corporations that needed network and desktop onsite support and cleanup.

Most recently, I have been a SaaS onboarding specialist which included being a trainer, support and cross departmental customer advocate with over seven years of hands-on experience using Avalara Tax Research (ATR/TTR) to help customers research taxability, interpret regulations, validate system rules, and support accurate sales and transaction tax outcomes. Working with cross-functional teams and customers to translate complex issues into clear, actionable guidance on best practices.

I have delivered more than 6,000 training sessions to over 12,000 users, driving product adoption, renewals, and measurable customer value. I create and maintain customer-facing documentation, knowledge articles, and back-end content that reduce support escalations and improve usability.

I bring strong analytical skills and collaborative problem-solving across, Product, QA, Sales, and Customer Success. I focus on ensuring customer satisfaction, product value, improving product functionality, and supporting long-term customer success.
