At the University of Michigan College of Engineering, I build and evolve Salesforce and web systems for online and professional education. I helped implement Education Cloud for registration, student records, credentials, payments, invoicing, program planning, scheduling, and enrollment.
I designed secure Salesforce integration architecture and a custom LTI 1.3 tool hosted entirely in Salesforce, using OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, JWT validation, RSA key management, Apex, and REST endpoints to provide scoped Canvas LMS access without exposing internal users or records. I also develop Java Spring REST services connecting Oracle business data with WordPress, Canvas, and Accredible.
I improve workflows across technology and learning operations, from automating student progress reports and certificate issuance to increasing website performance by approximately 10x. Earlier, I led instructional design and quality reviews, LMS standards, video-platform migration, and course-production support.
