At Rackspace Technology, I design and deliver Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud. I lead and mentor a team of 12 developers, providing technical direction and establishing development standards.
I build guided workflows and responsive experiences with OmniStudio, Lightning Web Components, Apex, and Salesforce Flows. I’ve also developed secure customer and partner portals and configured Salesforce Public Sector Solutions.
I manage Salesforce releases using SFDX, Salesforce CLI, and Copado, and support production troubleshooting and root-cause analysis. My integration work includes REST and SOAP services with OAuth and Named Credentials.
Previously, I developed Salesforce applications at Kemper and Bluebeam, including Sales and Service Cloud functionality, Apex solutions, and integrations. I hold Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I and Platform Developer II certifications.
