At PHI Health, I transformed 10,000+ rows of logistics data into Power BI demand and inventory dashboards used by leadership for weekly decision-making.

I partnered with the SVP of Supply Chain to map workflows and build a company-wide AI implementation roadmap, translating forecasting needs into system requirements. I also executed purchase and service orders in Ramco, managed high-consequence inventory in Operative IQ, and helped sustain zero critical stockouts amid demand variability.

My work spans fleet and logistics operations, including auditing readiness reporting across a national fleet of 500+ vehicles and aircraft while maintaining 100% operational compliance. I monitored inventory across 100+ regional distribution centers in Coupa and resolved bottlenecks affecting critical medical resources.

I bring a research-driven perspective on semiconductor resilience through my honors thesis on the Taiwan microchip shortage, where I applied supplier diversification, Lean Six Sigma, Porter's Five Forces, and predictive forecasting models to high-tech supply chain risk.
