What I'm looking for

I'm seeking a programme coordination, training, learning and development, or international organisation role where I can design structured programmes, coordinate processes, engage stakeholders, and use performance data to improve outcomes.

I've delivered structured learning programmes across IO English Academy, Francis Parker Seongdong Campus, Altiora Yongin Campus, and the Cheonan Office of Education in South Korea.

At Francis Parker Seongdong Campus, I designed tailored programmes, created digital reporting processes that improved communication with parents and colleagues, and supported new students as they joined academic programmes.

My work combines curriculum planning, training delivery, assessment, stakeholder communication, administrative coordination, and performance reporting.

With over seven years of experience in South Korea and a background in International Relations, I'm transitioning toward programme coordination, training, learning and development, and international organisation roles.
