I own my roadmap designing solutions in a fast-paced environment for all of FM’s products - each with an internal, contributor, and client surface. I communicate daily with stakeholders, product managers, marketing, and developers bridging the gap between meeting complex business requirements and advocating for satisfying user experiences. My responsibilities span from wireframing to shipping.

Over the course of this contract I led the initiative to create a standardized, scalable UI Kit from scratch. This process included meeting with stakeholders to understand current functionality & user flows then auditing the existing site and working closely with a developer to build robust components, styles and a shared library.

I drove the initiative to rebrand their client’s SaaS website and increase usability. I audited the existing experience, identified user pain points, researched how direct and indirect competitors solved similar user problems, and presented new design solutions to stakeholders. Then I created a new brand identity, shared Figma library, vector icons, infographics and re-designed the website.

I worked with independent artists and small businesses to design and market digital and physical products. My work included art direction, visual design, project management, social media marketing, videography, and web design.

I met with stakeholders daily to strategize and create actionable goals for product growth and marketing. I drove all creative direction for marketing assets including writing scripts, filming and editing commercials and writing blog content to tell the story of how Maisey met user needs.

Collaborated within a full-service production company supporting over 90 internal departments, each with its own products, stakeholders, and timelines.
 Led a small team creating 1000+ end-to-end narrative-driven video marketing materials that fit within business constraints to grow a community with a weekly reach of 200k.
