I am a seasoned professional with extensive experience in ISP and OSP engineering and management. Over the years, I have honed my skills in installation, testing, and turn-up of various telecommunications equipment, including Calix and Adtran systems. My journey began with hands-on roles, where I developed a strong foundation in network engineering and project management.

As the VP of Operations at Datacom Solutions, I successfully managed technical staff and oversaw ongoing installation projects. I implemented quality audits and built online forms to enhance installation quality, resulting in decreased truck rolls. My entrepreneurial spirit led me to establish Exceltel LLC, where I focused on OSP fiber installation and managed multiple projects, ensuring high production and quality standards.
