What I'm looking for

I’m seeking to contribute my skills and experience to a dynamic organization where I can add value, take on new challenges, and support the company’s growth.

At Kenya Airports Authority, I provided passengers with information about flights, airport facilities, and services during my customer service attachment.

I assisted travelers around the airport, including passengers with special needs, and contributed to addressing inquiries and complaints.

I also supported communication between passengers and airport departments, and helped the customer service team during flight disruptions.

At the Kenya Institute of Curriculum Development, I participated in a diplomatic simulation exercise. My studies at Pioneer International University covered international relations, diplomacy and foreign policy, development studies, and strategic studies.
