At Barron’s (Zimbabwe), I supported customers through Customer Assistance—helping them find products, answering questions about merchandise, and making recommendations based on customer needs. I also owned Contact Sales by actively engaging with customers to promote products, upsell or cross-sell items, and meet sales targets. On the operations side, I handled Operating Cash Registers with accuracy, processing transactions and providing receipts.

Beyond sales, I managed key retail operations including Retail Associate inventory management to merchandising and Visual Merchandising. I assisted with setting up displays, arranging merchandise to attract customers, and ensuring the store layout adhered to company standards. I handled returns and exchanges, resolved customer complaints effectively, kept the store clean through regular sweeping and mopping, and fielded phone inquiries with confidence while maintaining strong teamwork and problem-solving.
