Branka Marinković

I'm a software QA analyst with 3+ years of experience testing card and payment systems in fintech. My day-to-day is functional, exploratory and regression testing — writing test cases, hunting down edge cases, verifying data, and working closely with developers in Agile teams. I'm the person who tests something until it breaks, and I genuinely enjoy that.

Before tech, I trained and qualified as a preschool teacher (degree in early childhood education), and I spent years working directly with young children. That background shapes how I think about products: I care about clarity, calm, and whether something actually works for the real person using it.

Recently I combined both sides of myself and built my own app. It's called Woblero — a calm, ad-free little world for young kids, with a squishy character they can play with and wind down alongside. I designed it, tested it and released it end to end, using AI as my building partner, and it's now live on Google Play. It taught me an enormous amount about product, about building for children, and about shipping something real from start to finish.

I'm looking for remote work where I can bring together QA rigour and a genuine care for the end user — QA, product, or anything close to early-childhood and EdTech. I'm especially drawn to teams building thoughtful products for kids or families, but I'm equally at home in fintech and SaaS QA.

Outside of work, my interests sit right where my two worlds meet: child development, calm and thoughtful design, and building small useful things with AI.
