I’m a Correctional Officer with experience supervising and monitoring inmate daily activities to ensure safety, security, and order. In my roles with LaSalle Corrections and TDCJ, I handled routine headcounts, inmate searches, and inspections to prevent contraband and weapons, responded quickly to disturbances and medical emergencies, and documented incidents and security-related activities. I also monitored security camera systems and supported intake processes including fingerprinting, photos, and medical screening.
Before correctional work, I built strong client-facing and patient-care skills through corporate training and medical assisting.
