Juan Santibanez

I am a 20-year veteran law enforcement officer and security professional with extensive experience in patrol operations and criminal investigation, including assignments at high-volume transit hubs such as MTA NYC Transit and Grand Central Station.

Throughout my career I provided public safety by maintaining order, responding to emergencies, investigating suspicious activity, arresting suspects, processing prisoners, and preparing detailed reports. I bring strong interpersonal and communication skills, problem-solving ability, active and patient listening, and high-level fluency in Spanish.

I hold a Bachelor of Arts from John Jay College of Criminal Justice and multiple certifications and licenses, including NYS Police Commission training, Florida Armed Security License, Florida Private Investigator License, and HR 218 Federal Officer authorization.
