I'm seeking a genuine career change where I can apply technical adaptability, reliability, leadership, and client communication, learn new tools and processes, and grow with a team long-term.

I've moved from leading a 25-person Domino's operation to producing CAD-based fire and life safety documentation for C&S Fire Safe Services and independent client projects.

I taught myself AutoCAD to support fire alarm system design, drafting, inspection records, and compliance documentation. I now apply it independently across project-based engagements while preparing for Autodesk Certified Professional certification.

At Domino's, I owned scheduling, training, performance management, sales, cash handling, and cost control for a high-volume location. I kept teams productive, resolved customer escalations, and maintained compliance through operational audits and inspections.

I'm bilingual in English and Spanish and build trust through clear, reliable communication with clients, property managers, contractors, and teams. I'm ready to learn a new path, contribute immediately, and grow with an organization long-term.
